Indications:

1. Direct Pulp Capping: SUPPRA Cal, can be placed direct on dental pulp after achieving complete hemostasis.
2. In-Direct Pulp Capping: SUPPRA Cal, can be used as a pulp protective agent in deep cavities.
3. Liner: SUPPRA Cal, can be used as an effective cavity liner under various restoration.
4. SUPPRA Cal can protect the pulp form physical, chemical and thermal insults.

3. Contains Barium Zirconate for better radiopacity and Biocompatibility..

1. SUPPRA Cal, be used as a Direct or In-Direct Pulp Capping ?

SUPPRA Cal it is recommended to be use in both Techniques as a Direct or In-Direct Pulp Capping applications.

2. What are the indications for the use of SUPPRA Cal at Direct pulp capping?

Direct Pulp Capping :

• Ensure proper isolation under rubber dam.
• Carious excavation must be thoroughly completed.
• Complete haemostasis must be ensured using saline dampened cotton pellet.
• Remove excess moisture using a dry cotton pellet.
• Apply SUPPRA Cal, without any void incorporation.
• Avoid increments over 1mm.
• Cure for 40 sec minimum using a visible light curing device.
• Restore using an appropriate restorative material.

3. What are the indications for the use of SUPPRA Cal at in-Direct pulp capping?

In-direct Pulp Capping, Liner :

• Isolate the tooth using a rubber dam.
• Ensure complete caries excavation.
• Apply SUPPRA Cal. Uniformly over the base of the cavity.
• Do not place SUPPRA Cal, in increments exceeding 1 mm.
• Cure using a visible light curing device.
• Restore using an appropriate restorative material.

4. What is the setting time of SUPPRA Cal?

The setting time is 40 sec after light-cure used. In layer of less of 1mm.

5. What is the Composition used as base in SUPPRA Cal?

Urethane Di methacrylate, Tri ethylene Glycol Di methacrylate, Calcium Hydroxide, Tricalcium Phosphate, Hydroxyapatite, Photo initiators, Stabilizers and Radio Pacifiers.

6. How should I store SUPPRA Cal?

Store at temperature between 10°C(50°F) to 24°C(75°F). Close the cap carefully after use. Keep away from moisture. Shelf life not affected after opening if stored in a cool dry place.

7. How many application are possible witch a SUPPRA Cal Syringe?

SUPPRA Cal It Is 2g syr. It is possible to perform 12 to 15 Applications.

8. What warning , contra-indications or precautions does SUPPRA Cal have?

SUPPRA Cal, contains polymerizable methacrylate monomers. Avoid prolonged contact with skin and oral mucosa,  Allergic reactions, skin rash and mucosal irritation may result in susceptible individuals. Avoid usage on adults with known methacrylate allergies.

Precautions:

• Avoid placing SUPPRA Cal, in wet environment. In case of pulp exposure, ensure hemostasis before placement.
• Use of rubber dam is necessary for reliable results.
• Avoid exposure to oral environment.
• Avoid increments in excess of 1 mm.
• Check expiry date before use.
• The dispensed material shall not be placed back in container and the dose once applied and used shall not be reused.

Contraindications: Do not Use in patients if allergic to any of its components.
